We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our client's acute care unit in a leading London hospital. The role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, leading a team of junior nurses, and collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
  • Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Coordinate with various healthcare departments
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • BSc in Nursing required
  • Valid NMC registration
  • Minimum 5 years of acute care nursing experience
  • Current BLS and ALS certification
  • Mentorship qualification preferred
