Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
- Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Coordinate with various healthcare departments
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- BSc in Nursing required
- Valid NMC registration
- Minimum 5 years of acute care nursing experience
- Current BLS and ALS certification
- Mentorship qualification preferred
