Key Responsibilities
- Support service users in their daily activities
- Implement care plans and therapeutic interventions
- Monitor and record service users' progress
- Facilitate group activities and social interactions
- Assist with medication management
- Provide crisis intervention when needed
Qualifications
- Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Mental Health First Aid certification
- Relevant experience in mental health support
- Understanding of Mental Health Act
- Clean DBS check
