Mental Health Support Worker

Join our client's community mental health team providing essential support to individuals with various mental health conditions. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives while working with a supportive multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users in their daily activities
  • Implement care plans and therapeutic interventions
  • Monitor and record service users' progress
  • Facilitate group activities and social interactions
  • Assist with medication management
  • Provide crisis intervention when needed

Qualifications

  • Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent
  • Mental Health First Aid certification
  • Relevant experience in mental health support
  • Understanding of Mental Health Act
  • Clean DBS check
