Qualifications
- BSc in Nursing required, Master's degree preferred
- Valid NMC registration
- Minimum 7 years nursing experience
- At least 3 years in a management role
- Leadership or management qualification
- Advanced clinical skills certification
- Current BLS and ALS certification
